Abstract

This is to study the 10 traits of highly effective teachers, the characteristic of extraordinary teachers have great passion for work, they know what to teach, how to teach and how to improve. They excel at creating exciting classroom environments and connect exceptionally well with students. They challenge students to reach their full potential and they get extraordinary results. In the eyes of students the effective teachers have 4 characteristics i.e, making greater demand of the students, more teaching skills, more knowledge of subject matter and they are better discipline.
