High potential leaders can lead\r\nan outstanding organization by maximizing their leadership performance. This study\r\naims to investigate the impact of knowledge, skills and behavior dimensions in the\r\ncoaching of the School Improvement Partner on Leadership Leadership Competency.\r\nThis quantitative study is carried out using a survey method. The data were collected\r\nfrom 226 school leaders in Sarawak. Principal Questionnaire and Principal Leadership\r\nQuestionnaire were used as an instrument to collect study data. Data analysis was\r\nanalyzed using SPSS. The study shows that knowledge dimensions improve leadership\r\ncompetence with beta values of .205, and significant [t = 2.313, p <0.05]. While skill\r\ndimensions are not significant [t = 1.441, p> 0.05]. The study also showed that the\r\ndimensions of behavior were not significant [t = 1.415, p> 0.05] towards competence\r\nleadership. This explains that the knowledge dimension of the School Improvement\r\nPartner in the coaching contributes to the improvement of leadership skills of school\r\nleaders. The results of this study are expected to provide a review of the Ministry of\r\nEducation to further enhance the coaching of the School Improvement Partner.\r\nTherefore, School Improvement Partner have high privileges to provide effective\r\ncoaching in producing high performing school leaders in parallel with the fifth shift in\r\nPPPM 2013-2025."^^<http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string> .
