Almost all levels of learning in primary schools up to the tertiary level are adopting the concept of digital learning. The concept of digital learning is a transformation of the education system in Malaysia aimed at producing a creative, innovative, competent and spirited educator line of education according to the needs of the age. There are three major challenges in the process of transforming education at teacher education institutes. These challenges include adaptation of technology, stakeholders and digital literacy.
