This article presents a research framework on the relationship between transformational leadership and student creativity in Chinese higher vocational colleges. The framework defines the basic knowledge of higher vocational colleges in China, establishes particular aims and objectives, and addresses the problems facing China's vocational education. In addition, the article provides a review of the research on the concepts of transformational leadership and student creativity, exploring the theoretical knowledge behind both concepts.
