Dalam konteks Institut Pendidikan Guru (IPG) Malaysia, di mana pelatih muda berperanan sebagai bakal pemimpin masa depan dalam    sektor pendidikan, kesan kepimpinan transformasional terhadap komitmen dan prestasi mereka adalah isu yang kritikal. Kajian ini menggunakan kaedah kualitatif yang melibatkan analisis kandungan bagi tujuan pengumpulan dan penganalisisan data. Objektif artikel ini mengkaji elemen utama gaya kepimpinan transformasional—motivasi inspirasi, rangsangan intelektual, pengaruh karisma, dan pertimbangan individu menyumbang kepada peningkatan    komitmen pelatih terhadap matlamat institusi serta prestasi dalam akademik dan latihan praktikal, serta membincangkan cabaran yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan gaya kepimpinan transformasional di IPG, termasuk faktor budaya, kekangan struktural, dan kecekapan pemimpin.</mods:abstract><mods:classification authority="lcc">L Education (General)</mods:classification><mods:originInfo><mods:publisher>Secholian Publication</mods:publisher></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Article</mods:genre></mets:xmlData></mets:mdWrap></mets:dmdSec><mets:amdSec ID="TMD_eprint_1701"><mets:rightsMD ID="rights_eprint_1701_mods"><mets:mdWrap MDTYPE="MODS"><mets:xmlData><mods:useAndReproduction>
