The discussion will begin with a brief description of why the Burnaby School District was selected and the traditions of leadership professional growth; secondly, the three main thrusts of the Burnaby Leadership Professional Growth Programs (The Professional Growth Plan, Peer Assisted Leadership Program and Professional Learning Communities).
