All reports agreed that the\r\nmodel is effective and helps to improve instruction and the school environment. There\r\nwas also agreement that the model enhanced the role of the supervisor in the\r\ninstructional aspect of the schools’ daily life. According to these reports, another\r\nadvantage of the model was that it increased the ability of the supervisor to focus on\r\na few schools.
