%X The aim of this paper is to explain the concept of servant leadership style, its  characteristics and its differences between the widely known transformational  leadership styles. Servant leadership style primarily focuses on their followers, in  other words, it is concerned with the well-being of followers. Based on the  literature review, servant leadership style will increase the organizational  commitment and decrease the employee turnover.
