Abstract

Dealing with this study of modern trends in the properties of managerial leadership, as well as she ding light on its concept and importance and consequently to address the difference between the concept of management and leadership, and also to address the integration between the concept of leadership and that of management and finally the modern trends in the characteristics of leadership. And where the findings of this study were adopted to search on a descriptive approach to the set of results, the most important consideration the success achieved by any organization depended on a large extent on the capacity and efficiency of lively administrative recent trends of the characteristics of leadership, namely: efficiency in decision-making, effectiveness in communication and time management, management by objectives and change management.
