Abstract
Pada tahun 2008, Kolej Tun Datu Tuanku Haji Bujang terpilih menyertai program Intel Teach. Semua guru di beri latihan percuma Essentials Course yang berlangsung dalam cuti pcrtengahan penggal. Latihan mengambil masa 40 jam, dan dilaksanakan selama 8 jam sehari selama 5 hari. Guru-guru didedahkan dengan pedagogi baru, iaitu pembelajaran berasaskan projek (Project Based Learning). Cara perlaksanaan program ini telah diubahsuaikan pada tahun 2013 di mana latihan diadakan pada hari persekolahan sebanyak 16 sesi. Setiap sesi selama 2 jam. Jumlah masa latihan ialah 32 jam. Semua guru Kolej Tun Datu Tuanku Haji Bujang menjalani Essentials Course dalam Intel Teach Program. Kesan latihan ialah pembudayaan pembelajaran berasaskan projek di sekolah.
